The Loaf has been growing and evolving for seven years, from a start-up in a miner’s cottage to a

firm favorite in Fernie’s Downtown core.

 

Owners Phil & Claire Gadd created The Loaf as an accessible and affordable neighborhood restaurant where everyone is welcome and feels comfortable, no matter what the time of day. We have built a reputation for excellent food, made from scratch on the premises daily.

 

Now it's time for some changes: we're refreshing the interior to make a more comfortable dining experience, extending the list of craft beers and offering more wines and liquor. We're creating an environment where the focus is on exceptional food, good company and a social dining experience.

On November 19th The Loaf will re-open as a brunch & dinner restaurant, open from 10am to 10pm 7 days a week.
